The unchanging or immutable cycles of time are represented by the Kalachakra deity in union with his consort Vishvamatha. While the masculine aspect represents the mind of immutable bliss, the feminine aspect represents the sublime empty form. These two are in fact of one essence, representing our own absolute nature. This is the main form of the Deity that is practiced in the Jonang Kalachakra Ngondro, uncommon preliminary of Innate Kalachakra.
Above Innate Kalachakra is Vajrasattva with lineage masters Dolpopa Sherab Gyaltsen and Jetsun Taranatha sitting besides him.
